i am in the middle of going to court with my childs father for child support we were not married,there is no custody orders can i leave the country with my son?or will it be kidnapping?

you must petition the court for leave with the child, especially if the father is missing any court ordered custodial time. It could be considered kidnapping. Please call for a free consultation.

A vacation would be fine, but leaving on a permanent basis would be improper if you did not have the consent of the other parent or authorization from the Court.
