Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Need legal advice

Hi,I m married girl stying in joint family.i and my husband's family had some issues and I went back to my parents home and after 6 months as my husband's family didn't callling me back I m trying to convince them to bring me back their home.Finally my husband tell me look ,his parents tell him to go out from home and stay with me and his family is not going to not acceptig me to their home .The home is legally on my husband's mother name.So if she tell me not to stay here I can't and on the other hand my husband is not willing to provide my any kind of financial support and I m not earning now . My green card is also going to be expired soon in sep 2009 . So, what should I do for it ?

Please guide me.

If he sponsored you for your green card he promised to support you in this country and he is bound by this promise. As for your green card expiring you need to see an immigration lawyer.
