Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Legal age of child

When my son turns 18 can he legally change his address on his own if he is still a senior in high school. How does this effect a child custody and support order?

Re: Legal age of child

If he is 18, he can do just about anything he wants. I don't understand what you mean by "change his address". You do that by moving. If he doesn't live with you, you have no claim for child support.
