Is there any agency that assists women in getting a divorce when their husband sexually assaulted their child?

Re: Legal Assistance
I do not know of any agency set up for that purpose.
However, sexually assaulting a child is a horrible crime, and would be a very clear reason to get a divorce.
It is MUCH easier to get a divorce with the assistance of an attorney. You may want to ask Legal Aid in your area.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in Hackensack (northern New Jersey). I will be happy to discuss

Re: Legal Assistance
You seem to be asking whether there is a group that will provide an attorney based on the violence against your child by the father. There are domestic violence groups who will provide an attorney which will eventually have to be paid. There should be such a group in Bergen County. You might call information or the domestic violence office at the court house.
Call me if you like.

Re: Legal Assistance
You should contact DYFS, and have DFS intervene.
DYFS has an 800 number. I believe you can obtain the DYFS' number by calling information.
