Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

How legal is it for a daughter to kidnap her vulnerable alzheimers' dad, take him to the bank, and have him sign over his entire 'joint' accounts (with his wife), while simultaneously having him sign financial power of attorney over to her--completely unknown/unsuspected by his wife--and then

keep him and herself--indefinitely--away from any form of communication with his wife. Where and what are the financial and other rights of his wife in this case??

What you are describing is horrible, and you need to fight it. The wife has rights, and so does the husband who is being victimized. I have handled several lawsuits like this. Call me, 201 820 3460, and I will explain.

It sounds like unlawful restraint , or kidnapping, or extortion, or undue influence, or any combination of reprehensible acts.

Please call me if you would like. I practice in South Jersey and the five county area of Philadelphia.
