Basically, harassment is alarming or disturbing conduct with the purpose

cause some sort of emotional injury.

The more important question is are you facing a criminal charge and/or TRO? If you are, I strongly suggest at least consulting with an attorney before you do anything. The harrassment statute is very broad and is subject to much debate and thus, very complicated.
