Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Legal guardian?

My ex-husband and I share joint legal custody and right now he has primary residence. He got remarried to a spiteful woman. Is she their leagal guardian. Does she have the right to sign school forms where the ''mother's'' signature should be and be placed on the emergency card ahead of me? Does she have the right to be present in school conferences and such without my consent? What legal rights do I have as their mother having half legal custody in this situation?

Re: Legal guardian?

As Mr. Moore, said, she has no rights to anything. The problem is, what are you going to do about this? It could get expensive and time consuming to keep running to court on these issues.
