legal guardianship

my parents were adopting my older sisters kids and my mother passed away before it was finalized and my little sister signed as leasl guaridan,how do i go aout takibg guardinship away from her and get custody of the children???

You would have to file an action for custody with the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey in the county where the children reside.
