Legal Kidnapping

What do I do when My mother was murdered by my brother and 2 weeks later my baby's father took me to court for custody and received it, temp. and I havent seen my daughter in 2 years and I pay child support. I have court today and I want my daughter back. Im 23 and Getting my life in order, after the murder. They have money and lots of it. HELP. D. Sinclair

First, I don't see what the murder has to do with anything. Second, I don't know what the Father got custody since there are no facts in your question. Thus, I would need more information before I can help you. Feel free to email me.
