legal problems

husband got married in vegas last year & still married to me . well he needs me to send our marriage certificate to his so called wife , so she can change her social security,drivers licence& etc. cause she found out he's still married to me .and needs her name changed backto what it was before what can happen

If you were never divorced, your husband has committed bigamy which is a criminal offense. You should not cooperate with him or his "spouse" but it seems like you need to think about getting a divorce.
