Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

legal separation

The husband writes up a separation agreement, spells out some conditions, gives it to his wife, rents an apartment, and moves out of the home. A week or so later the husband changes his mind and says he's going to move back in. The question is can the wife now stop him and get a restraining order or something to stop him from moving back in?

Re: legal separation

The reason people hire lawyers is to insure that things like separation agreements are drawn up in a complete and binding manner. Sight unseen I can not speak upon what your husband drew up. You might come into my office and show the agreement to me.
