Any judgment entered in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey would be available at the Family Part office in the county court house where it was entered. You would need the names of the parties.

A legal separation reduced to a judgment would be called a divorce from bed and board, meaning the parties remain married but have all of the other incidents of a regular action for divorce.
