legal name after wedding

I have recently got married, and my marriage has not been registered, How can I use my husbands last name, and if at all I do, would it be considered as legal? I would like to change my last name to my husbands last name, could I do it, even when my marriage is not registered?

If you are lawfully married you are legally entitled to use your husband's last name.
