Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Am I legally married to one or two?

If you marry a second time w/o divorcing the first is the 2nd marriage legal or just not totally legal, meaning if while still married both I divorce no.1 will that make 2nd more binding or do I need to remarrry 2. And if I just wanted to separate from only no.2 do I even need a divorce or enullment?

Re: Am I legally married to one or two?

The second marriage is void, but that does not end your inquiry, from a practical standpoint. You may need to take some action in Court to sort this out. You should seek the advice of an attorney to review the entire situation to determine your rights. If you want me to assist you, call me at 856-546-8010.
