Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I'm legally married residing with my wife and have an infant child together. She won't allow me to take him out of state for the holidays. If I just take him am I breaking any laws? We live in NJ going to North Carolina.

You have huge problems in your marriage. You are not able to get an agreement with her on where to spend Christmas? Wow.

Call my office, come in and see me. This could get very nasty and complicated.

I will not charge you any money for the first office visit.

But this does not sound good at all.
