Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in New Jersey which is a 50/50 state in divore I make about $55,000 per yaer. My wife work off the books and makes about yaer. she had a affair and we are getting a divorce. how much will i pay in child support and alimony. We owe about $45.000 more on our house than it's worth she can't afford it y herself even if I payed the max can she get the house.

There is no way anyone can really answer your question. If it was this way. there wouldn't be a ton of family law attorneys running around. Since 99% of divorce cases settle, you will pay how much you want to pay in terms of alimony.
