Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live un new jersey state , married for 6 years already, my wife has a daughter born in Guatemala ( 12 years old now). we brought her to USA when she was 6 years old. The biological father desapear with she was pregnant. she is living with us for 6 year, they are guatemala citizens am wandering how can I adopt her. What is the process ?
