Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in Morris County, NJ. I filed a temporary restraining order against my wife after she physically and verbally assaulted me. The order was granted, and my wife had her lawyer schedule an emergency hearing with the judge. Her attorney ask me "what would it take to make this go away?" After drafting an agreement and presenting it to the judge to sign as an order, I dismissed the TRO. The judge also had information from my wife's attorney in the form of a letter from a consoler which the judge referred to, which I was not privy to. Representing myself at this hearing, should I not have been given a copy of this information so I know what is being said about me?

The more important issue I see here is why don't you have a lawyer and why haven't you filed for divorce? Call me anytime 732/773/2768
