Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ with my daughters. I have primary physical custody while me and their dad have joint legal custody. He has visitation with them every other weekend, alternate school breaks, and half of their summer break. I have a possible job offer in Atlanta, although it would be with the same company I work for now. Its an advancement position with a higher salary. I would like to relocate and bring my girls. Their dad has a child support obligation, however I've only received three payments within the last 10 months. He is not involved with them in any form other than his normal visitation. He's attended only one parent-teachers conference throughout their lives and have never participated in any of their school activities. I am the involved parent and would like to move to provide a better and more affordable lifestyle for my daughters. Do you think the NJ courts would consider my relocation in this situation. Please note that I have mentioned this to him and told him that if possible, they could fly to see him one weekend a month, plus he can have them for all of their school breaks and 75% of their summer vacation.

The Court will probably allow you to move with your children because of the economic necessity.
