Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ and the father of my child will not give me permission to move out of the state. How can I convince a judge to let me and my daughter move to SC? I am willing to accomodate his parenting time by letting him have two months of summer vacation and winter break. The job market is better down there for nurses and ill be able to afford a better life for us if I can get a job down there.

Your economic necessity is a good basis for applying to the Court for an Order authorizing your moving to South Carolina, under the terms which you have outlined.

That sounds like Camden County where I do practice

I believe having a lawyer state your case for you and since you are willing to make the child accessible to the father, you should have a good chance of success.

Call me if you would like to discuss it.
