Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in nj . And I had got a married but seperated woman pregnant and now shes. Back with her husband we agreed to be civil parent but she 15 weeks and I am wondering if she is going to be able to legaly be able to put me on the birth certifcate and if not what actions do we take to have me as the father legaly since biologicly the child is mine
