Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I live in warren county have put this off for a while but it appears to be escalating. I need a divorce, No children, own a home jointly, married 12 years, both work incomes at 85 and 73, I have one pension and 401K that would be eligible during the period of my marriage, I don't want anything, just out. Points of fact, I was caught cheating 10 years ago, as well as taping conversations, but have ceased a long while ago, I was concerned about the treatment of my son, who the lived with us I have and continue to pay the majority of the expenses in the house hold ( mtg, ins, etc. ) not sure how I can move, but the environment is getting very nasty. Help!
