Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I lived in NJ and was divorced there.I have 2 children from the marriage that I have paid support for. My divorce aggrement says I am to pay support while the kids are in college. What if ?? My son decided to do another years and all of a sudden I find myself paying again and again. Does this ever end? Do I have any say as to when this is over. Him doing an extra year was never talked about with me.
