Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my ex lives in Ark I live in NJ divorce was in ark . I want to file for child support can I do that in a NJ court or do I need a lawyer from Ark.

New Jersey now has jurisdiction. You can file in New Jersey in the county where you live.
