Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I need your help
Hello,
I've been living almost 3 years with my husband and now I'm 8 months pregnant. The baby is due in August. My question is: is it possible to have the full custody of my baby in case my husband and I divorce? And what should I do to obtain the full custody? My next question is: what if something happens to me (e.g. in case of death), is it possible to give the full custody for my child to my parents instead of my husband? In this case, should I write a will or some other legal document? Please help me. Thank you very much in advance.

Your questions indicate some very serious, serious problems. You need to talk to a divorce attorney, immediately.
this is related to a divorce, and you need some legal advice. It may not be terribly complicated, and should not cost all that much money.
If you do not take my advice, then please do keep my telephone number handy. If it becomes a problem, then instead of spending a couple of hundred dollars on a lawyer ahead of time, you will be paying me (or someone like me) thousands and thousands of dollars to clean up the mess which has been created.
I have been doing this kind of work for quite a while. Please do not let this kind of disaster happen to you. Please do go see a lawyer FIRST.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in Hackensack (northern New Jersey). I will be happy to discuss
this with you; a brief telephone consultation will be free.

Yes, you can get custody when the child is born. You have a lot of issues here and nothing on this site is going to really help you. You need to have a long conversation with an attorney before you do anything.
