Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I no longer choose to be married to a control freak after 31 years I have had enuff I wanted to sell our family home and get my own apt. he refuses to sell so I said I will walk away from the mtg and let the bank have it he said he will take me to court and have my pay garnishes for half the mtg I cant afford a lawyer to get a divorce and I have been living in another part of our home for almost a year now and I want out please tell me what my options are

Have you actually called a lawyer to see how much it would be? Does he have money that you can use via a court order to pay for a lawyer? You should really sit down and speak with one. I have an office in Toms River so call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.
