Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Can there be a loop-hole to overturning an adoption?
A little less than two years ago,--name removed--then 18 y/o brother and his 16 y/o girlfriend had a baby. About 3 months later, the baby was adopted by the girlfriend's aunt and uncle. --name removed--brother has been secret about the baby and adoption. He recently came out with the news and says that both he and the birth mother was pressured into signing their baby up because the aunt was unable to bear children.
Is there any way to possibly over-turn the adoption? Could there be a loop-hole somewhere? Also, have there been over-turned adoption cases in New Jersey after 90 days, that I can possibly research? Your response is greatly appreciated.

"Pressured" is an important word. A lack of true consent to the adoption can be a basis for seeking to reverse same. For a better explanation you should call me.
