If someone made a report of neglect to dyfs and we are under investigation, and a child told them one of us smokes pot what will they do?

They will continue to investigate the situation and then either demand that you get treatment or they could move to take the child. You should have an attorney if you are under investigation so I suggest you call on ASAP.
