Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My Ex is making it difficulty for me to see kids
I had 2 kids with my ex and we seperated about 4 years ago,my ex has physical custody of kids. Visitation was never a problem until recently he got married. Before the kids used to come for holidays, days, anytime without any problems, until now I have been working a lot with a day off here and a day off there I would go to his house and see the kids and we all get along with his new wife until he and I got into an argument and he said I should not come back to his house. Ever since then I've been trying to have the kids come to my apartment for visits or just take them out he's making it difficult and saying he has plans with them which is always a lie. The latest is that If I want to see kids I should meet him on the Garden State Parkway he'll bring the kids to see me. Can he do this Everything's changed since the woman moved in he used to celebrate Christmas, now they won't be this year because she's Jehova Witness. We always had a good relationship can he set limits on when I see kids. The kids don't like her.

Wow. I thought I had it bad, with all the Jehovah's Witnesses knocking on my door.

At least I don't have to go visit one.
