Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

One man, two wives

I have been separated from my husband for approximately 9 years. I am in the process of seeking a divorce, but it has recently come to my attention that he has remarried. How should I handle this situation? Do I contact the local authorities ? (He currently lives in Georgia) Any advice you could give me would be helpful.

One woman is enough for any man, and sometimes too much! Seriously, you need to hire a divorce attorney and get a divorce. You will likely be entitled to an equitable share of all assets that you and he acquired during marriage, and there may be other valuable legal claims you may have.
