Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Marital rights

my son has married a woman who

prior to a legal ceremony, said she

wanted to have children now or exit

the relationship. Son felt pressured

to marry given the ultimatium. Now

they have twin baby boys.Because

she's a freelancer and owns the

house, often times son pays

mortgage and many other related

house expenses.She refuses to put

his name on deed. (she is quite

absuvive to him). He's very torn,

understandably because he adores

the boys. Is there any way he can

pursue getting his name on the deed

so that he has some equity should

this situation get worse? They also

have one car, which is hers as well.

I look forward to your response.

Re: Marital rights

I'm never one to push people into a divorce, but it sounds like that's where this should be headed. I would just suggest he meet with a divorce lawyer before he does anything else.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss his case.
