Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

A person was married and then got a divorce. Their divorce is finalized. Two years after their divorce they got married again but did not say that they were married before. So the marriage certificate shows that they were single at the time of the second marriage. Is the second marriage legal? Their first divorce is finalized.

As long as the first marriage was terminated by divorce, the second marriage is valid.
