If a birthdate was entered incorrectly on the application,

does that negate the marriage?

Any repercussions?

Re: Marriage Application

I practice law up near New York City, so I can not help you.

To answer your question: no. that does not negate the marriage. I have no idea what 'repercussions' there may be. but, if you were otherwise validly married, putting in the wrong birth date will not make you single.

Now, since your marriage seems to be a real problem, find a divorce attorney who is not too far away from you, and get some legal advice.
