marriage/divorce

when we got married in las vegas 10 years ago my husband lied on the marriage license. he said he was married 2 times before me. i found out last month i'm @5. are we legal

What is important is that for each prior marriage there is a divorce ending same because if one of the prior marriages was not terminated by divorce your marriage to him is void.
