Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I married an illegal alien who did not tell me he was a convicted felon. After I found out I put him out my house I bought before I met him. I put some money in an annuity 2 years before him. I also have a 403b 7 months before we got married. Is he entitle to any part of my funds? He closed his bank accounts when I told him I was going to file for divorce, and tell his lawyer he has no money. He is also facing deportation. Can I borrow money on my annuity ?

You have asked a lot of questions. Let me talk about divorcing him: you will be able to divorce him. You might be able to get an annulment. You should be able to get rid of him without him getting any part of your money, but I think you need some help from a lawyer. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
