married an illegal alien in early 80s he left after about 4 or 5 yrs and i havent seen him in 20 yrs. I don't know where he is how can i get a divorce now

You must hire an attorney who knows how to use the court rules to get a divorce for somone when the whereabouts of the person's spouse are unknown.
