Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello, I married a man that has children from a previous marriage who has a home that we live in, after we married he didnt put my name on the deed and really doesnt want to since he owed it before we met. If he dies does the house automatically go to me or his children?

If the title on the deed is you and him as husband and wife the house goes to you when he dies

Placing your name on the deed is a gift of an interest in the property. Perhaps when you are married a little longer. After all, he has been married before.
