If I married a man, but have found other marriage legal documents that he has hidden from me from another country, can my marriage be annulled even if it was out of this country?

Married is married, no matter where the wedding takes place. If he is married to another woman, you are entitled to have your marriage annuled.

Call me if you like.

Oh, dear. Yes, if he was married in another country and under the laws of that country he is in fact legally married, then he has commited bigamy when he married you.

Very bad. A crime in New Jersey.

You really need a lawyer to help you with this. You may want an annulment, but there are many strong reasons why you MIGHT want to get a divorce instead.
