i AM MARRIED TO A MAN WHO HAS HAD A STROKE IS PARALIZED ON THE RIGHT AND CA'NT TALK . HE MUST HAVE INCURRED SOME TYPE OF BILLS WITH HIS X WIFE FROM 20 YEARS AGO.I WENT TO SELL MY HOME TO FIND THERE IS A LEIN I HAVE ONLY 2WEEKS TO CLOSE. DOES THIS LAWYER HAVE A LIMIT ON THE TIME HE AND HIS CLIENT HAVE TO RESPOND TO MY OFFER ON A SETTLEMENT? 2) I THINK ITS A PERSONNAL LEIN CAN I FILE FOR AND PUT THIS IN A BANKRUPTCEY?
