Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been married to the same man for 31 yrs. In the past 5 yrs. we have been living off his VA benifits and S.S.D. If we were to seperate what am I entitled to, financially?

Your question seems to deny reality. At best you will get half of what he gets. Living together you have some economies which enable you to survive, but separately you may not. You may not get half because he is the disabled person and it makes no sense that he should get only half when you are able to earn something, whatever that is.
