Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

getting married

i have been paying the motgage since we moved in 5 years ago ,if married do i still receive half if somthing happened to her .she 's leaving in her will that75% to 2 kids 25% to me . i pay all the motgage,she put the deposit of100,000 down . we have a fifteen year mortgage ,by weekly.

Re: getting married

If your name is on the deed to the house, with your wife, when she dies or when you die the survivor owns the entire house and the house is not a part of the deceased spouses estate.
