married wanting to leave

my daughter is married 1 yr has a child with her husband that is a yr old they bought a house she has not worked since the child was born her husband has been the sole support the credit cards,house,car is in her name now she wants to leave can you give me some advice on this matter what should she do he verb abuses her

I guess you are asking with regard to divorce and the items that are in your daughter's name.

With regard to the divorce, if your son-in-law verbally abuses your daughter then she can file for a divorce and list abuse as the reason for the divorce.

With regard to the car, cards, etc. that are in your daughter's name, your daughter can still keep these items, but should adress the issue of whether your son-in-law will agree to pay the bills on these items with your son-in-law. Your daughter can also adress the issue of who will be responsible for what payments in the divorce decree.
