Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I've been married for 13 years, and lived w/my husband before marriage for 2 years. He recently has left and is occupying his own residence. If I file for divorce, am I entitled to alimony and child support and how long for both? Can I get alimony until my youngest child is through college? I had a career and worked up until my first child was born and have not since (both of our decisions), so that I can be involved w/all of their child care needs, school functions, etc. My children are ages 7, 5, and 3. I am 43 years old and my husband is 40.

I doubt it. That would be almost 20 years of alimony for 13 year marriage. It just doesn't work like that. I suggest you sit down with an attorney and discuss everything.
