been married 18yrs, husband retired from corrections dept also military am I entitled to either pensions, also social security?

You are entitled to a share of his pensions earned by him during your marriage to him. The

question as to social security benefits is a bit more complicated because you may be entitled

to social security based on his receiving benefits, separate and apart from an action for divorce.
