what does this mean:\nrestraining and enjoining plaintiff from driving the parties minor and unemmanicipated daughter during his parenting time.

This language means that the plaintiff is not able to drive the minor child (daughter) anywhere while he/she is exercising visitation with that child. So, the plaintiff is not alowed to be behind the wheel operating a vehicle with the child in that vehicle.
