Re: Mediation in Burlington County

The're many types of mediation, arbitration and other alternatives to the expense of a trial. Some lawyers volnteer to perform a review and make a recommendation after a presentation by the lawyers to a couple of experienced family lawyers that have divorce trial experience and may predict an outcome that can be tailored by counsel. Often mediators provide an end to a financially and emotionally draining process. Often neither party is completely happy with the outcome but that may be a good thing. Listen and avoid rigidity and stubborness. I assume you are talking divorce here. Please let me know how your mediation works out.
