agreed to be civil and remain on a

friendly basis for the sake of our

mediation a whirl to save money.

how do we go about finding one? do

Re: mediation

Have you consulted with an attorney yet? I strongly suggest you do. Divorces don't need to be expensive but trying to be cheap on the divorce can lead to expensive bills in the long run. Paying a little for an attorney now can save you a ton of money in the future.

Re: mediation

Mediators are normally lawyers who understand matrimonial law. A mediator can not be the attorney for either side of a divorce. You should pick a mediator and arrange to meet with him or her.

You can find a mediator by call the county bar association.
