Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Medical coverage

Divorce states carry medical coverage when in effect. I had 2 strokes in the past 10 months and just recently went back to work. My health ins. will lapse on 6/30/08 and until I work 500 to 1000 hrs will not have coverage for self or son. I work for a union. What are my options? Ex wife now works and can carry son on her insurance but she refuses.

Re: Medical coverage

You hire a divorce attorney, go to Court in Morristown and ask the Judge to modify the divorce judgment and the agreement. Does she really want to leave her child without health insurance?
