Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Medical Reimbursement

In my divorce papers it says that I have to pay the first $250 per year, per child. After that, my ex-husband has to pay 58% of unreimbursed medical epenses. I just went over last year's expenses and I spent $530 out of pocket. I am asking my ex-husband to reimburse me for the rest and he refuses. Is there a time limit as to when I can request this money? Would I be able to file a motion to have him pay? I make a lot less money than he does and I always seem to lose in court anyway! I am just sick of him getting away with things like this, I really need the money.

Re: Medical Reimbursement

I have read what attorney Gary Moore wrote to you, and he is correct.

call me if you like. good luck to you. I just hate to see guys like him get away with small amounts of money that he clearly owes to you.

Re: Medical Reimbursement

He owes you the money. You would win your motion. Perhaps you can get a motion form from the courthouse.
