Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Mental Abuse

My wife suffers from bipolar and refuses to take her medicine. She is physically and verbally abusive to me in front of my daughter. Do i need to stand for this, or can i take my daughter and myself out of the house, without it being considering kidnapping.
